New construction single family house. It consists of 5 suite bedrooms distributed on one side of the house and on the first floor; two spacious living-rooms and a dining room on the other side of the house. Part of the facade is made of marés de Galdent (the typical stone of Majorca). The floor is made of polished concrete and natural stone with a rough and homogeneous finish. Basins and showers are made of polished microcement. This house consists of 400 m of terraces which have gardens, grass and a marble swimming pool 14 x 5m with solarium made of concrete.
